My husband and i started Fat Secret about 1 week ago. Logging in everything, i really enjoy the buddy system. We are about to enter in our second month of Insanity. Since starting Insanity we have lost a few inches but gained some lbs. I realize how this will happen but are happy for the inches lost. When we signed into Fat Secret.com and reduced our RDI by 500 calories. But at the end of the day we both feel like we are eating too much. Should we feel this way? Should we reduce our RDI more? I am also so confued ahout entering the Exercises. Can someone explain that to me?

sometimes you don't eat enough while working out so your body "hoards" the little nutrition you DO give it. That could be the case for you guys.

Please tell me those entries in your diet calendar that are under 1000 calories are just incomplete. I don't know what your RDI is set to, but for someone your weight I wouldn't expect it to be any less than 1500, especially if you're exercising. If you want to be as effective as possible with your workouts, it's in your best interest to make sure your body is properly fueled, especially with protein. Without sufficient protein, you'll be losing more muscle mass along with the fat.
If you have trouble getting your calories in, eat some avocado or nuts, cook with butter, or eat a spoonful of peanut butter.
