Hi,
don't focus on what you did yesterday, last week, or last month...today is a new day and if that's too long to look at, than this is a new hour or even a new minute that you have control over and the choices you make...pick yourself up girl and keep going! you can do it!

I can't say you've been a bad gir - Coz I have too! since my actual diet doesn't start until Sunday (gulp!) - I'm being very naughty! until then I'm getting all my 'tools' together...scales...tapemeasure...journals...cookbooks...exercise books...hmmm
Stay focused!

One of the things I've learned along the way is that 'being bad' leads to shame and guilt leads to feeling worse leads to more falling off the wagon.... as memia2002 said above, don't focus on it - forget it and move on. Break the pattern. Holding on to that feeling of 'I'm rubbish at this/I can't do this/Look at me messing things up again' is just setting yourself up to fail. Focus on positive thoughts, messages and actions. Plan and prepare. It sounds like hippy crap but it's true
Also, YOU need to be the one to keep yourself right, not anyone else. Don't feel you need to be accountable to anyone else but yourself. If you need a kick up the bum, give it to yourself but don't dwell on it. Remember why you are on this journey, what you will gain by reaching your goal, and tell yourself you are worth reaching it - 'cause you are! Best of luck to you

ECO Atkins for a skinny vegetarian with a belly
This would be a good question for the nutritionist over on the atkins.com boards. Colette Heimowitz is her name. Post your question with her name in the title and she will respond.

c-section aftermath
I have 4 kids, I had my twins by C-Section and then two natural VBACs. I have noticed an improvement since I started working out my abs. I doubt it's doing anything for the loose skin itself, but ...
