ok I have a question
let me know that you think
ever hear of the drink V8 (vegetable cocktail) looks like tomato juice
is this stuff really healthy !??

it says on the can that its 1 dose of vegetables ??
is this true, I just love this drink soooo I'm wondering is bad or good

I think it is healthy and it doesn't have too many calories I would suggest you try the low sodium V8 juice because it does have alot of sodium. It is fairly low in calories too. I know you can have it if you are following weight watchers.

I have done weight watchers for years......I'm tired of counting points so I am doing something a little different for a while. (Although, weight watchers is a great lifestyle change) Anyway, I wanted to let you know that v8 juice is great for you! I love the spicy v8. I sometimes add a little seasoning to the rim of the glass like a virgin bloody mary. Yummmmy!!!! I drank that all the time on weight watchers. Good Luck! Wink
