it says on the can that its 1 dose of vegetables ??
is this true, I just love this drink soooo I'm wondering is bad or good

I think it is healthy and it doesn't have too many calories I would suggest you try the low sodium V8 juice because it does have alot of sodium. It is fairly low in calories too. I know you can have it if you are following weight watchers.

I have done weight watchers for years......I'm tired of counting points so I am doing something a little different for a while. (Although, weight watchers is a great lifestyle change) Anyway, I wanted to let you know that v8 juice is great for you! I love the spicy v8. I sometimes add a little seasoning to the rim of the glass like a virgin bloody mary. Yummmmy!!!! I drank that all the time on weight watchers. Good Luck!
