Yes, I lasted for about 2 weeks and rebounded hard when I stopped. The food choices are limited and the cravings never went away for me. I did South Beach to clean up my mess from Dukan and realized that SB is a more reasonable and practical lifestyle for me. Good luck!

I never understood the difference between the Dunkan diet and atkins. My friend is on dunkan but she saids all she eats is meats, fruits, and veggies. It sounds like a UK version of atkins. I incorporate some of atkins principals in my diet, but im not going to live off of meat only for the rest of my life. I really think balance is the key to everything, its just that finding the right balance for your body is the hard part.

The Low GI Diet is a good choice if you're looking to have a variety of food. You don't have to cut out carbs, just certain types of foods that your body digests too quickly (which causes blood sugar spikes and makes you get hungry again quicker). Like, don't eat white bread, eat whole grain or multi-grain. Good luck!

Look at it this way, you didn't fall off the wagon.. you just ran beside it for a day, then hopped back on..... a positive look on things works far better than a negative.
