Years ago I lost weight on the old weight watcher program. I am almost 80(in August) I walk daily 35-40 min.I am not sedentary at home. I am able, doing housework. I have usual older age pains, but not stopping me from anything. Fibromyalgia, & arthritis, but notdisabling, taking some meds. I have been on a low carb program for months. Not losing, staying at a weight, gaining 2-3 lbs, back to 180, & I want to do the w.w's., basically without going to the classes. I do not know what the meals are.Does Fat Secret show any sample meals, recipes, etc. Any help out there. thanks.Joyce

I would say if you can go to a meeting and speak with someone to get idea of plan because it has changed alot from the older version. Usually its free to go to one meeting or if you pay for one meeting i believe its $13 just go to one meeting they will explain everything an give you all of the starter information. Also you can sign up on Weight Watchers website to just be part of the community, its free and they have different forums you can read/join/start conversations. Also people list alot of free recipes. This is what I did and it helped alot
...Good luck.

I am doing WW at home (123 Success & Momentum Plan), not the Points Plus. I have much of what I need for planning from prior meetings I've attended, but have purchased items on Ebay (points calculator, tracker). There are websites out there that have a lot of WW information with old and new points info (DWLZ.com & aimeesadventures.com) . You can Google how to calculate your daily Weight Watchers point allowance and find the calculation for entering your personal information to determine your daily points. You don't have to attend meetings provided you stay motivated and accountable, there's so many tools out there that are free to use. Good Luck Joyce!

Fruit
Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
