I'm trying to get more whole grains into my daily food intake and I was wondering if anyone could help suggest some whole grain foods they use or recommend?? So far all I've been eating is brown rice. Thanks!!

Quinoa is delish, & a complete protein. It has a lovely snappy mouth feel, and is a great substitute for couscous or rice. I love to eat quinoa in a tabouleh salad.

I agree - quinoa is versatile and can be used in many many ways.
