i stress eat and don't lose weight easily since menopause. I need to lose weight for my health. I can't seem to find the willpower or motivation. any suggestions?

I do the same but lately i try distracting myself, go for a walk, listen to music, and if i still find myself looking for food i grab like wheat thins or a healthy snack but only the serving size. As for motivation that's tough for me too i'm just taking it one day at a time. You'll get there.

Avocados
Avocado mixed with salt, pepper, chives, a little white vinegar just to make smooth. Mix it up and spread it on bread w/ a tomato and spinach leaves! THE BEST!!!
