I have stocked my frigerator with such good low carb foods I'm having trouble getting 20 gr. Is this a big problem? I'm doing good on calories.

Do warm-ups and cool-downs count?
Honestly, I think it depends on what workout you're going with. I do cardio from a dvd with Denise Austin, and yes, I count the warm up and cool down... just because they feel like (together) they ...
