Where are you?
I grew up in Kent, OH but have lived in San Antonio, TX for the past 5 years.

A question to be answered..
Try something high in fiber; it should keep you from feeling hungry. Also have a glass of water by you. Take a drink every time you get the munchies.

What motivates you?
My motivation for getting started on my weight loss journey was my kids and my health. Now, since I have lost a significant amount of weight, my new motivation is buying a new wardrobe. I am now able to fit into the labels I love and I am addicted to scouring my favorite thrift shop to find them. Another reason for me to keep going is the amount of compliments that I get. I love it when people notice the changes I have been making; it helps a lot with self-esteem.

Breast Implants: would you subtract the weight?
Your doctor probably won't subtract them. They are part of your body now, count them. If it really bothers you then adjust your goal by 3.3lbs.

I Have a Fat Depressing Secret to Share
I am sorry to hear that you 'friends' are such assholes. I say ignore them and find new friends at the gym or by volunteering somewhere. I agree with Kingkeld that you should channel your anger into doing something to better yourself. If that means getting healthier, awesome; if not, maybe getting a new hobby will help raise your self-esteem. Good luck in whatever you choose and remember that we are always here at FS if you need to vent some more.

What are your biggest secrets/tips?
Be aware of portion sizes. Getting a food scale will help you figure them out. Once you have weighed your food for a while it will be much easier for you to eyeball the portions.

How do you add a specific number of calories without searching each food ingredient?
Look to the right side of your food diary page. There is a section for "My Custom Foods" click 'add custom foods' and enter the information you want to. I think this is what you are looking for.

Toooo little
Not eating enough will definitely have a negative impact on losing weight. Try to eat (at least) somewhere between 1200 and 1500 calories. Also, make sure that you are noting the food in your food diary correctly. As of now it looks like the only thing you had to drink yesterday is 3 OZ of coffee. I am thinking this is wrong.

why ?
If you are constantly hungry try to keep raw veggies around so you have something healthy to snack on. Even if you "need" to dip them in ranch it will still be healthier than what you have been eating. If you want something sweet go for fruit or fiber bars; salty - try lean ham or low fat cheese. It is OK to eat, just choose the right things.

Less Weight, More Self-Conscious?
I think it depends on the weight you started at. I didn't really start to notice a change until I had lost about 30 pounds, but it didn't really hit me until I bought myself some new clothes. Even though you feel disenchanted with your weight loss now, please keep it up. As you lose more weight you will see a new you.

Need ideas for AFFORDABLE healthy foods...
I found out recently that if I go to the grocery store first thing in the morning I can sometimes find fresh meat or fish at half price. My store discounts the item if it is getting close to the sell by date. I usually end up buying all that I think I can use for the foreseeable future and freeze it when I get home. Your store might do the same.

"Lost weight lifting"
Larastar, I can tell you that I didn't manage very well. It makes me sad to think that I did that to myself. It also makes me never want to go back there again.

"Lost weight lifting"
That is a great idea, but I know I couldn't lift what I have lost. I tried to lift a 52 pound bag of dog food the other day and I barely got it in the shopping cart. It is hard to believe that the weight of the dog food + another 43 pounds used to be on my body.

DIET & EXERCISE
It would help if you logged everything you eat and drink. You may not be doing as well as you think you are. After you have logged foods for a week or so you may be able to see changes you can make. People on FS will also be able to give you some advise if they can see what exactly you have eaten.

Turning over a new leaf...
You sound like you have a good plan. Make sure that you enter everything you drink also. It will also help to get a kitchen scale to help determine the right portions size. If you have a smart phone get the free Calorie Counter app by FS, it sync's to your account and helps you log while you are away from a computer. This site is awesome; it has helped me out immensely. I hope it works for you too. Good Luck!

Breakfast Ideas
A favorite for me is turkey sausage patties on either a bagel thin or 100 cal English muffin with an apple on the side.

New kid on the block....
The less processed the food, the better it is for you. If you can't afford a lot of fresh veg go for frozen and try your hardest to stay away from canned. Find recipes for soup, there are many cheap, healthy and filling recipes out there. I was on WW before and it worked really well. Good luck!!

How many calories should i be eating to lose weight?
I think you are at a good RDI if you stick between 1200 and 1500 calories. That is what I have done and it has worked for me. I keep my RDI on FS at 1500 but I try to eat about 1200-1300 calories. This way I have a little wiggle room in case I get any cravings. Planning your meals the night before will also help, so that there is no doubt in how many calories an item has. Something that will also help is adding everything you eat AND drink to your food diary. You will be able to see everything you eat and where you could possibly make changes. Since you are not exercising the weight may take longer to come off.

Fat Flap over C-section incision
I have the same thing. After losing over 90 pounds it has gone down a lot. It is the skin that is the problem, since most of the fat is gone the skin just hangs there. No amount of lotion is helping. I don't think it will ever go away, but it is becoming much easier to hide.
