Email notifications...
I've been getting them too and never had them before. To me tho I just simply delete them, unless I want to see if someone has responded to something. Annoyance to some, a tolerable tool to others!

sitting on the floor
I'm just looking for some opinions! What takes more energy getting up from sitting on the floor, or getting up from sitting on a couch/chair? I often sit on the floor and have no problem getting to a standing position. However it does take a few more movements so I was thinking it burned more energy! Am I mistaken with this way of thinking?

Encouragement
Sandra: I have learned to use slip ups a a teaching tool. Something very similar to the school of hard knocks. We all may stumble and sometimes fall, but the strength in our belief in oursleves to accomplish our goals gets us back up to continue on. Stay strong..

Losing the last 10 pounds...again!
What about walking after dinner and slowly turning that into jogs. Aim for 3 nights a week depending on your schedule at work. Also for food remove the things that tempt you the most. If you have to go out for it you may think twice about munching it. Lucky for us there is lots of support available here..

being heavy
We need to praise ourselves. The lose weight slowly and at an even pace is like text book perfect. We as humans are not text books, so we lose a lot, maybe gain a few, maybe stall. However we continue on.. Each at our own pace and in our own way. So as long as the journey is healthy and meets your basic needs.. That to me personally all that matters!

low calorie shopping list
My only suggestion would be to contact your local diabetic association. They should have some literature on a diabetic diet/foods. Good luck!

cookies
Cookies are evil.. Do you know what triggered the binge? Just a tip remember how sick they made you feel, I know I've done the exact same thing with a couple of items and now I can not even stomach one...

bone structure
@Belize Scott: skinny is not the answer to all life's issues. Many articles have stated that there is healthy thin, and unhealthy thin. I agree with Nat on her statement. From all the reponses to the post.. I'm now looking at it this way.. I can see my collar bones - good thing Ribs not protruding still slightly covered but general shape shown. Hip bones not protruding but can feel them. So I'm not skinny, or tiny but I am built!! I'll take what I have and work it!! :D

bone structure
I'm just wondering if anyone considers their actual bone structure when losing weight. I am 5'4" and I'm not big boned but I have a wide structure. I have lost enough weight now that I can clearly see my shoulders which are broad, and can feel my hip bones which are also broad. So no matter how much more I loss I know that I will not look tiny. This is something that I am working on accepting. Beauty comes from the inside out!! Time to look at the real picture!

Skin Ripping Stretch Marks
Although I have not experienced the pain of ripped stretch marks I do have some really nasty ones all over. I have really dry skin and find that applying lotion straight out of the shower helps. Good luck and lather up!

Bloating and ermm...well you know
I agree with the above posts. For the bathroom thing drink lots of fliuds, eat roughage and if you diet allows prunes. So sweet almost like candy. :) Good luck I am sure with sticking to your routine it will all deflate!
