Idiot checkout people
Oooooh. Maybe I need therapy because checkout people always annoy me. I try to be nice but when I'm not I say, "I'm sorry, I'm in a super big hurry," and they always quit their yapping. I've used that a few times and then I feel bad later but I really don't want to have a discussion about food. I'll talk to them about anything else though. I just find food conversations at checkouts so boring. But I love the painting my body with chocolate idea. I'm too shy to say that though. ha ha ha

Withings Scale
My husband bought one and I thought that was the dumbest financial decision ever. However, I now love love love it. It is motivating. I hope they integrate it here!!!

overeating:(
Try balancing your carbs/fat/protein to get rid of cravings. To know what this ratio is each day, you must log everything. Mayo Clinic Recommends: 45 to 65 percent carbs 20 to 35 percent fat 10 to 35 percent protein dietary fiber 21 to 25 g a day

Too much food??
I find the FS RDI not right. I'm just going to pick an amount and see what happens and then adjust as needed.

Challenges with logging food
Well, it's a pain no doubt about that. I use the bar code scanner on the ingredients I used to make the dish. It's getting to the point that if I can't find a bar code, I think twice about eating it.

More Complete Logging
I wouldn't like logging without a barcode scanner app. How do you do it otherwise? I think I'll stop eating anything without a barcode! lol Check out http://fatsecret.com/groups/ex... and join for logging support.
