no weight loss on induction
Stick with it! I didn't lose anything for about three weeks and was getting really pissed off, but now the kilos are flying off... Please try and stick with it, it really becomes so easy after the first month! This is the best "diet" I've ever been on, and I've never felt better in my life... Have you checked out dietdoctor.com? It's a free website with so much great information for LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) which is what I am on.... All the best, you'll get there... I know how frustrating this feels!
