Calorie Budget
My recommended calorie budget is around 1500, so that means my intake should be around 1500, right?

Only Exercise, No diet.
@apatrick1 thank you for supporting me @snowflake2217: I didn't compel you to share your thoughts and even if you did, there's a decorum that every member on fatsecret maintains. As to your previous question, I want to weigh less than 119 lbs regardless who would or would not kill to be at 119 lbs. P.S. I referred it with my physician and he thinks its okay for me to change my goal weight to 110 lbs.

@klbarcaskey what kind of ab exercises did you do? I do mostly crunches that I found on cosmo for toned abs

Thank you Nimm for your concern but what I actually meant was that the extra 20 pounds is because of bloating and fatty deposits. It's not like I'm a balloon or something. I consulted my physician and it's okay for me to 15 lbs. Still I need help to do that. More than help, I need motivation.

Thank you everyone so much for your response, (except maggie maybe). Anyway, I'm 5 feet 3 inches. It might not seem that I need to lose weight, but the 20 extra pounds I have are because of bloating. I don't know how it happened but I guess it gradually started last year. And yes, being healthy is exactly what I want.

Hi, I'm a 19-year old girl weighing 119 lb. i want to lose 20 lb and I don't know how. I try to diet but it ends up backfiring. If anyone can help me figure out what to do, I'd be more than grateful! I do crunches and squat almost regularly for 30 minutes. I'm new to FatSecret, so I don't know much about how it all works. Please help!
