You can join the ww web site without paying and go to the forums. they are very helpful. I would tell you the points but as I am in Ireland they are different as we dont count fibre.

OH NO! I checked th ebottle and there were no carbs so I used it! Thanks for the link and your reply though. Hopefully it wont set me back cos I wont use it til induction is over again!
