RDI problem
I usually do all sorts of activity, I just had a break this month, because I felt awful and had some problems at home. I'm gonna start going to the gym on 29th but I don't know if I'll start running again soon. I'm really tired of it.

RDI problem
Thanks. I'm 16. I'll probably stay between 900-1200. I'm really tired of people saying I don't eat enought calories, and at the same time their basal metabolic rate is 2000kcal, because they're taller and heavier than me.

RDI problem
Well I have a problem. FS says my RDI should be 1500 calories/day, but with only sleeping+resting (that's supposed to be basal metabolic rate, am I right?) I only burn 1354kcal/day. I'm not very active at tha moment and I don't weight a lot. My weight is ca. 56kg (123 pounds) and I'm 165cm (5' 5). Is this accurate? I'd still want to keep my calorie deficit at about 400-500kcal. I'm really confused.

Overeating
I usually eat between 15 to 30 g of fat, but I'm not paying special attention to it. I don't eat ''low fat'' stuff. I don't eat a lot of dairy, but that's because I don't like it. :) You're right about the cycle thing though.

Veggies For Breakfast
I eat salads for breakfast. Salads are actually my favourite things to eat. :D I usually chop vegetables like tomatoes, bell peppers, green peppers, cucumbers (my favourite, I could eat cucumbers for every meal) or something similar. The more the better. Then I put in tuna or salmon (canned in water) and season with mustard or tabasco. Sometimes I add egg whites or cayenne pepper, I'm really into spicy food. You can also add chicken breast or tofu. But I'm really a vegetable loving person so that works for me.

Overeating
Thanks for the replies. :) I'll keep an eye on those days to see when they happen. It could be the hormones.. My mother has problems with them. I'll try relaxing, so I make sure it's not stress. I'll take some ''me time'' once a week. I'll also try to relax while I eat and clear my mind to really think only about a meal at the time. We'll see what happens. :)

Overeating
I already checked sites like that and done some research but I don't hate myself afterwards. I don't feel sad or angry. I feel totally normal. Also it usually happens when I'm away from home, and I don't care if others see it or not. And I had days like that before I decided to live healthy. But really there's no guilt, sadness, anger, depression.. Thats why I think it's so weird. Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. :)

Overeating
Is it possible to have an overeating disorder and not be overweight? Because I have a problem. I eat healthy most of the time, but a few times a month I have some kind of a breakdown. And on those days I eat way too much. I don't mean in a ''cheat day'' way. I literally eat untill it hurts so much I have trouble breathing. I actually eat so many calories I gain about 0.5 to 1 kg IN A DAY. I'm not over-reacting. :( I'm not depressed or anything, also don't have any kind of disease. Help, anyone? I'm writting this, because today was one of those days and I really want this to stop. :(

Calories in rice HELP
I have a question, why is there such a big difference in calories? Which one is the right one? http://fatsecret.com/calories-... http://fatsecret.com/calories-... Also, I bought brown rice (long grain) and on the package it says 349 calories for 100g and 192 calories for portion, but the portion is 150g. Also other nutritional info is bigger for 100g. I'm really confused. Please help! :( :(

Not enough calories
Thanks for the answers! I really appreciate it.I'll try to eat more protein and I'm also adding nuts to my diet. Protein shakes also sound like something worth a try. :)

Not enough calories
It's simple. I'm not eating enough calories. According to my food diary I eat WAY too little. How could I eat more, but still eat healthy? I tried eating more fruit but that's too much sugar then. I also eat three meals instead of five, as they say is the healthiest. What could I eat between breakfast, lunch and dinner? :( Anyone with a similar problem?

Please help!
Thanks for the reply :) Tuna sounds great and I will definitely take some fruit. I just hope everything goes well and that I won't be too depressed seeing them munching on high calorie snacks all day. I'll also try to be very active. :)

Please help!
So in about a week me and my friends are going camping, which basically means no real food, only junk food and sweets. I don't want to risk my progress because of that. What should I do? I was thinking about buying some diet snacks but that also means unwanted calories and fat. Should I simply try to eat the least I can? If you have an idea, what I could do, please tell! Thanks!
