ok i'm with weight watchers low fat no fat diet it's great,but i have found myself in the hospital twice now do to my gullbladder doing what doc say to eat but it's really nothing different from what i have been eating feeling lost.

You are doing great 2 lbs is perfect , we didn't put it on over night so it won't come off over night,it's better for us to take it off slowly and be healthy,Keep up the good job,you can do this.

Needing a Buddy
I've been doing this way of life for about 14 weeks now,I just moved up here a couple of months ago so really don't know any body,so would love to have a buddy working for the sme goal I am.

I'm following the weight watchers diet, it's not a diet it's a way of living,I've track all my food have'nt went over my points,doing pretty good, but there some side effects and it's embarrsing what can I do about this and why is this happening?

Is Quitting An Option???
One of the biggest thing I had to learn was not to quit after 1 slip up. Usually the guilt got the best of me, but I handle it a lot better now.

Eating under recommended calorie intake
Think Health then weight one will follow the other. if it sounds stupid...i.e. eating 800 cals a day ....it probably is
