Fitbit has an open API
It would be awesome if Fat Secret would play nice with FitBit. The only reason I'm still here is because my Fiance refuses to switch and I love the user friendly Fat Secret. So while he's using this, I'm using FS & My Fitness Pal...which I dislike! PLEASE FAT SECRET!! *Fingers Crossed*

Breakfast???
I too do not like to eat in the morning, but to lose weight you must. Here's what I have, your mileage may vary: 1 hard boiled egg 1 serving of instant oatmeal 1 peice of fruit - like a clemantine or a plum Less than 300 calories together, but they keep me feeling full until my morning snack. =)
That is awesome! Thanks for posting this. I break out from eggs but this 1 hard boiled egg so, I should be alright. I'm starving come my morning snack so I'm going to give this a try!

Back Pain & Exercise?
Today, I probably won't exercise because of my migraine. It use to be because of my knee and back pain. Maybe you should try those Sketcher Shape-Ups or that type of shoe. It has straightened my back and relieved all of my knee and back pain. Just a thought.

Is there anyone who, like me, can never eat all the calories or weight watcher points?
Thank you =) I'm going to try to eat small meals more often throughout the day. I read that people like me must eat fruits and veggies all day to keep the furnace going. I'm going to give that a try.

No I don't see her anymore. I saw her in 9th Grade. They assumed I was lying about what I was eating and the only way to fix my problem was to force me to eat more. I couldn't stomach it.

I eat pretty healthy myself. I rarely drink soda but I am a sucker for cheese and chocolate. Then again, I don't over indulge and only have my allowed intake according to weight watchers. I'm planning on making a appointment with my dietitian. Thank you =)

I have been heavy ever since I was little. The doctors always said I was healthy, just strong. I do not have diabetes or a thyroid issue. So here is my problem. I am I never hungry fat person. I have never been a snacker or obsessive eater. I remember in middle school, I saw a dietitian and she told me to eat more. I tried but I couldn't, like my stomach wouldn't allow it. I tried Weight Watchers in 2007 and could never eat my points nor did I see any weight loss. Last year I went on Jenny Craig. My consultant thought I was lying but I literally had to set alarms on my cell just so that I remembered to eat my snacks. I'm just a non hungry fat person lol. Can anyone relate? Anyone have advice?

Shape Ups? Or the Rebook easy tone?
Sketcher Shape-Ups all the way! I swore by the brand before the Shape-Ups. I have tried the other brands, including Avon's Curve shoes and they're not as comfortable as the Sketcher Shape-Ups. Plus I find that these shoes last a while so I'd rather pay the price.

Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
Hello! I’m so glad I came across this site! I started my own plan on February 10th. I haven’t lost weight but I’m definitely losing inches and I have tons of energy! I love that I can track my food with my phone which makes it very easy for me to follow. I’m eating about 1800-2000 calories a day and taking baby steps. After watching my food intake and taking a look at my life, I realized that I have a huge enabler. I sat down with my boyfriend and told him that our late night eating, chocolate snacking, and cheesecake days are over. I was glad he understood. I wish he’d do this with me but I’m sure when I start to lose, he’ll jump on board =) Now I just need to make more time for my Wii Active and elliptical lol. I don’t think I’ve been this happy and full of energy since I was a little kid lol.
