Detox- just started
detox is rough, but if you stick with it, it will pay off in the end. i would say a good fruit salad, with oranges, apples, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and bananas. that always kicks my sweet cravings and fills you up!!

i would say cereal is a good snack for phase 2. im still on phase 1, and i cant wait until phase 2!!

Phase 2
ok say for breakfast you had 3 oz of halibut, then lunch you had 4 large shrimp, then at dinner you had 3 clams. they are servings allowed per day, and you can put them into any meal that you choose. you can have 6oz of yougart, 1 oz of cheese and 2.5 cups of milk per day. the cereal, you can have 1.5 cups of cold and .5 cups of hot per day. i hope this helps

Holiday Blues
its hard but just focus on your goal. i'm going to try to eat smaller portions at thanksgiving and try to skip dessert. its all about portion control :)

How often do you weigh in?
i weigh myself every morning. it actually keeps me on track. if i gained weight i try harded eat better and exercise and i always lose it over the next 2 days. if i lost weight i know im doing things right.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
many say not to weigh everyday but I seem to anyway. Keeps me focused and on track. just realize that when you do your body weight does vary a bit. Don't get worked up over it.
