I fell like I can't stop eating!
If you're feeling really out of control and have for a long time you might look in to the intuitive eating program. It helped me get in a better frame of mind about food. http://www.intuitiveeating.org... http://www.intuitiveeating.org... http://www.scribd.com/full/169...

Question
I'm very frustrated with this site myself. I gave up trying to change my start date. I'm still trying to change the diet plan I'm following.

Regognizing progress
LOL Reminds me of one time when I was watching TV with my young daughter. She was laying on the couch and had her head on my thigh like it was a pillow. She kept shifting around and finally sat up and said, "You're not as fluffy as you look!" Sooo funny.

is it better start a diet even if u know your going to cheat
I think it depends if dinner out is a seldom or frequent occasion in your life. If it's a rare treat then consider it a "planned" cheat. If you go out frequently then figure out how you can work dinner out into your diet by saving up calories and making wise menu choices.

Engine 2 Diet
I've been trying to eat low-fat vegan for awhile now. When I don't cheat the pounds just fall off, and I'm not hungry either. It's hard to stick to when everyone else in the house eats meat and cheese and butter, etc. and you have to cook for them. It's a big change from the standard American diet but well worth the effort.

Success! Wrinkles in my Bra!
HaHa, had to laugh, I've got bra wrinkles too! I'm actually considering trying to take them in a bit before replacing. Save a few bucks.

Protein Thoughts
I definitely feel better and much less hungry when dieting if I eat protein at every meal. Can't do Adkins though, I tried, it makes me seriously nauseous.

Stuck in plateau...
Maybe taking a break and just maintaining your weight for a while might work for you in the long run. Rather than struggle with losing every little bit now. Then after a few months go back for another round of dieting. It's working for me. My highest weight was 208. I seem to be losing in about 10 pound increments. If fact, thinking back, that's the way I gained the weight too.

why
When I was taking certain medications I couldn't lose. Looking at your calories I can't understand why you wouldn't lose weight, if anything you should be able to eat more and still lose!

Easter Dinner
I figured up the damage for the upcoming Easter Dinner!:) I'm doing calorie count and it adds up to 1218. It's a lot of calories for one meal but I will go easy the rest of the day and won't be too much over my 1500 calories. This is my way of dealing with the holiday without feeling deprived and it works for me. Here's the menu: 3 oz Ham with 2 T brown sugar glaze, 1 cup Homemade Mac and Cheese, 1/2 cup Green Bean Casserole, 2 deviled egg halves, 1 Crescent roll (no butter), and 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Egg for dessert (I'll probably save dessert for a snack). Nutritional info under Favorite Meals "Easter Dinner" on my page if you are interested. Happy Easter!
