Cancer Survivor lacks energy
I just beat cancer. But I spent 10 months with barely any physical activity. My energy and strength are at an all time low --while my weight is at an all time high. Has anyone else experienced something like this? How do I get my energy and stamina back? I feel like I can't exercise like I should because I get tired so quickly. It doesn't take much to get my heartrate up. I want to push myself, but at the same time am scared to push too hard.

Counting Calories
I think this website makes it pretty easy to count those little things. I count the sugar packet and creamer I put in my coffee. Why not? It only takes a few minutes.

I don't understand the activity log..
Even though my exercise diary will tell me that I've burned a lot of calories, I still limit the calories I eat to my RCI.

Diet Buddy in MI
I am in Michigan and would like to have some more buddies on this site to chat with and keep each other motivated. It looks like we are starting around the same weight (my start weight is a bit higher). I'm 25 and just starting this process.
