Vitamix is a very powerful blender. They run around $400, so you might want to just use a standard blender, fresh fruit, and an ice cream machine.

I use a Vitamix to make sugar-free sorbet out of frozen fruit. Yummy! Mango is particularly good. Just mix and eat, nothing added.

Try Google Chrome as your browser. It will allow you to find the address of any image you find. Just type in what you are looking for, click "images", and then select an image. Once you select the image, there will be a place on the right that says "Full-size image." Click that and you will have the address. WHAT IS YOUR VIEW???
My boyfriend exercises like a maniac but cannot lose weight. The problem, for him, is food. I think exercise is important to overall health, but food choices are the key to weight loss. That is what I have observed, and it is true in my case. I lost over 70 pounds eating less than 1,300 calories a day and simply walking.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
I would like to not have my thighs touch. That would be neat. I haven't experienced that since I was 21 years old. Wearing pretty clothes would be nice, especially a skirt that falls just above the knee. I haven't worn such a thing for years! More than anything, though, is this: I want to feel comfortable naked. Now, I just wince when I notice myself as I leave the shower. Yep, that would be great: Loving the skin I am in.

Overeating? Read this!
You are right! We no longer have to belong to the Clean Plate Club. Better yet, we can even be OK hungry. Imagine that! I used to *never* allow myself to feel hungry. Now I do it all the time! Hunger is not a bad thing, particularly if you have eaten enough for the day. Thanks for the great story!

Whey Proteins.....what can you do with it?
Bob's Red Mill sells plain whey isolate powder. It is at large grocery stores in the USA. It is good mixed into soups or smoothies. I like it with berries and spinach. Yum!
