What can you guys recommend for the best Dancing workout?
I Love Zumba! I am extremely uncoordinated and it only took me a week or so to learn the moves and It's fun! I also have the Wii Just Dance 1 & 2 and they are both fun and a great workout...I have noticed that they really work my midsection well...

Confession Time...what's your secret?!?!?!?
Ok so I have been doing Taekwondo for 3 1/2 years now and when I first started out I was VERY unhealthy I smoked, I had breathing problems, and of course I am overweight...so I cut the smoking (it will be a Year on the 19th of this month woohoo) and I want to loose the weight to be an overall healthy, fit, fighting, karate mama! I just Recieved my Candidate Black Belt so I feel this is it the year I'm going to do this and maintain it for the rest of my life! Oh and it would be cool to fit into some of my old clothes!

HCG starvation diet or even death diet
I went to a seminar at a holistic Dr.'s office for the HCG diet and immediately realized that this is not a safe diet to be on. People who were on the diet were talking about how they had so little energy that somedays they would lay in bed all day and night not getting up because they felt dragged down...thats because they are not feeding their bodies the proper amount of calories to give them the energy they need for their daily lives. Not being able to get out of bed should have been the first clue that something was definately not right. I cannot say no you shouldn't do this diet, and I definately can't reccomend it, however from seeing some of the effects of this diet on other people I would not touch it with a ten foot pole thats for sure!

Greek yogurt is yummy and filling....I also like to have a lowfat string cheese an apple and a piece of toast with I can't believe it's not butter...canadian bacon is also low in calories and yummy too....

Thyroid Disease
Hey there I was diagnosed with thyroid disease roughly a year ago...and it is a struggle I always know when my levels are off because my body acts out.....the weight loss thing is hard but you can do it I find that counting calories was helping me and writing everything I ate in the journal on this site....as soon as I stopped I noticed instant weight gain because I was no longer having the structure of the food journal...and my portions also seemed to get bigger and bigger.....Just remember to keep your head up and just keep swimming you can do it!

I am frusterated because sometimes I will get a great recipe and I want to try it, and I look for the serving size in cups or ounces and all I see is the nutritional value and 1 serving listed but what is one serving? Does anyone know how to figure it out?

EEK! Five Month Plateau:(
I have to agree with Cheryl...I go to a dietician and she set my calorie intake between 1300-1500 calories a day.. I don't think any dietcian would set someones calories so low no matter how tall they are or what their weight is. That is just unhealthy. I feel there is a eating issue here maybe you should talk to a different dietician for a second opinion. Good luck!
