Have you taken your measurements? If you're doing strength training (which is sounds like you are), you could be putting on muscle, which makes you smaller even though your weight may not be going ...

This is tough......I,m spending 90% of my time trying to stay on meal plan and the other 10% going off it.....Resulting in an increase in weight..
